Antonio’s used to be a wonderful bakery, but it seems that it is not run by the same people anymore. A dairy-free cake was ordered with colored icing, writing and chocolate ganache filling. There was no price provided and the card was charged an obscene amount of money for an 8-inch dairy-free cake. The cake was picked up and brought home only to find that it was an over baked chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting that wasn’t stabilized and caused the cake to slide as soon as it was cut. The cake caused a reaction for the dairy-free person and after a message left for “Bob” the manager and another employee’s promise to contact him, no contact was received. The cake was even returned, but no one of any standing was there to do anything about it except to say that they would contact, “Bob”. The cake ruined the birthday and the company didn’t even care enough to call back. This is not a bakery that you want to trust for anything specialty made.

I picked up a too good to go order from this establishment yesterday and received a moldy lobster tail pastry. I called this morning to let them know you can't give out moldy product and was given a fake phone number for the supposed manager. Overall disappointing food and customer service.

Please beware! Antonio’s is under new management and the quality and customer service is lacking. I ordered a cake for a local retirement party for 50 people and it was not what I ordered. The strawberry filling was missing and of course I didn’t realize that until the cake was cut at the party. You can see in the picture below that the filling was 2 thick layers of buttercream and the buttercream layers were thicker than the cake layers. It took 3 phone calls and 2 messages on Facebook messenger for me to receive a reply 5 days later. The reply had a picture from their website that stated no refunds and I was offered a $10 store credit for a $115 cake that was made wrong. Unfortunately, I was forced to leave this bad review after my many attempts to rectify this situation with the new owners.

What an amazing experience. From start to finish. We went in for gender reveal cupcakes, and we got some amazing ideas for our order. Including have some "trick" cupcakes that didn't have the color in them. It worked out great and we had a great time. Plus, they were delicious. Like eating a sugary pillow with great frosting. And they looked great to boot. We will definitely be returning.

At first we were very pleased. We had a last minute order for cupcakes. They said no problem, annd reviews were good. Initially placed the order for 35 cupcakes. Called back within a few minutes and decreased to 30. They had already charged our card. They said they don’t know how to refund the difference so they would give us a credit for macaroons. Don’t really want that but ok, whatever it’s just a few dollars. Dropped off our own sprinkles for the decorating. Order was ready on time. Cupcakes looked beautiful, but they kept the remainder of our sprinkles (there’s no way they used the entire tub). Icing was good not too sweet but the cupcake was incredibly dry and crumbly. Not sure we would order again in the future.
